  How To Make Joy’s Easy Banana Bread Print Delicious, moist, and easy to make banana bread that everyone will love. Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking: 1 hour Total: 1 hour 15 minutes Serves: 4 People Ingredients 3 ripe bananas 1/3 cup melted butter 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 3/4 cup sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in melted butter and baking soda. Stir in salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in flour until well blended.
